Services Provided:

• The mission of the L.P.O.Y. is to serve youth and families in the Counties of Lee, Scott, Wise and the City of Norton through the following activities: 

  • Safe, crime-free communities foster the development of healthy families and children;

  • Provide activities or programming for youth before the Juvenile Court;

  • Assure collaborative community needs analysis and responsive youth programming;

  • Empower and strengthen families to increase self-sufficiency;

  • Strengthen neighborhood-based prevention; and

  • Engage youth in developing responsibility and accountability.
