The Lonesome Pine Regional Business and Technology Park is located adjacent to the Lonesome Pine Regional Airport in Wise.

This 195-acre park is currently home to Sykes Enterprises and Verizon's Welcome Center and has a 75,000-sq. ft. technology shell building available. The park's campus-like atmosphere, state-of-the-art infrastructure and ready-to-go sites and buildings offer an ideal location for business and technology projects.

The county's Industrial Development Authority also owns the Wise Manufacturing Facility, a 93,185-sq. ft. facility in the Wise County Industrial Park.  The park, which also has greenfield sites available, is located in Wise, adjacent to four-lane U.S. 23, making it an ideal location for light manufacturing projects.

Retail space is available for lease in the Wise County Plaza (U.S. Highway 23 and Norton Road, SW) in Wise, VA.  Currently available is 15,000 sq. ft. of Anchor space; 1,400 to 6,000 sq. ft. Small Shop space; and an 8,400 sq. ft. Outparcel.
