Blue Ridge One Properties LLC

The Shoppes on Main is an upscale office and retail commercial development on East Main Street in downtown Wise, Virginia, less than one mile from the campus of The University of Virginia's College at Wise, and two blocks from the Wise County Courthouse.

Consisting of two buildings connected by a large covered courtyard, the development has seven suites ranging in size from 1050 sq. ft. to 4200 sq. ft., located on two levels.

The exterior of the buildings is extensively landscaped, with landscape lighting and cobblestone walkways throughout.  Cobblestone pavers have also been used in the courtyards, which are covered, and supported by natural stone columns, reflecting the stone and brick construction used throughout the development.
