County Administrator
The
Wise County Board of
Supervisors voted to hire Mr. Skinner as County
Administrator in November 2004. He assumed
the position on Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2004.
Mr. Skinner worked 22-plus years for the LENOWISCO
Planning District Commission encompassing the
counties of Lee, Wise and Scott, and the City
of Norton. He most recently served as it's
Deputy Director. Mr. Skinner is an
Appalachia, VA native and current Big Stone Gap,
VA resident. |
