Overview

The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a five member board with members being recommended by the Board of Supervisors and appointed by a Judge. The BZA makes recommendations related to the application and enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance. The BZA also hears variance requests.

The BZA meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 P.M. in the Board of Supervisors meeting room at the Wise County Courthouse.
