REVIEW OF BUDGET

Administrator Sealover stated that each member of the Board has received a copy of the proposed FY 2003-2004 budget for their review and comments.  He discussed the Sheriff's request for updating the E-911 system and explained the Reverse E-911.

Bob Sturgill and Gene Vanover were present to discuss the lease-purchase agreement for the proposed 911 center's equipment and installation. The approximate cost would be $82,000 per year over a period of 5 years and totally funded by the current $1.25 surcharge on the local telephone service.  

There being no further business, the meeting was closed at 6:48 PM.
