THE REGIONAL JAIL

Rose, Financial Advisor representative of Davenport and
Company LLC and Ferris, Baker, Water, gave a power point
presentation on the proposed regional jail which included
a review of the Board's responsibility for Interim Financing
(16.83%) or $185,130.00.
